Fruit skewers with chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON flaked almonds
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 1 cube (25 g) white plate fat (e.g. palmine)
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 1 big kiwi
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 8 Apricot halves (tin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar and lemon balm for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Decorate
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Roast the almonds until golden brown and take them out. Heat the cream. Chop the chocolate and plate-fat, melt in the cream while stirring. Let it cool down, stirring more often

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Peel the kiwi and cut into 8 slices. Peel banana, cut into 8 pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice immediately

    Put the fruits alternately on skewers. Serve in portions. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with almonds. Dust with icing sugar if necessary and decorate with lemon balm

    Children are also happy about such colourful fruit skewers. It looks great if you put short skewers on melon wedges, which are nibbled together. And this makes the sauce easier: Prepare 1 packet of "Chocolate" dessert sauce according to the instructions
