Fruit salad with yoghurt and honey sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Oranges (approx. 330 g each)
  • 2 Kiwis (approx. 95 g each)
  • 1 Apples
  • 1 (175 g) Banana
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Mint
  • 125 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey

Directions

    Wash one orange thoroughly and cut into slices. Peel the remaining oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the fillets out of the parting skins with a sharp knife. Squeeze the orange skins and collect the juice separately. Peel and slice the kiwis.

    Wash, quarter, core and cut the apple into slices. Peel and slice the banana. Mix orange juice and vanilla sugar. Mix fruit and drizzle with orange juice. Wash mint, dab dry, put some leaves aside for decoration and cut remaining leaves into strips. Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff. Mix yoghurt and honey. Stir in cream and mint strips. Line dessert plates with 2 orange slices each.
