Plum groats with vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g fresh or 1 jar (720 ml) plums
  • 1/2 or 1/4 l red currant juice
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cornstarch
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Fruit Muesli
  • 300 g Cream yoghurt
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Wash, halve, stone and slice the plums (drain the plums from the jar and collect the juice)

    Boil 1/2 l currant juice (or plum juice and 1/4 l currant juice) and sugar. Stir starch with a little water until smooth. Pour into the juice while stirring and bring to the boil. Fold in plums. Let the groats cool down

    Fry the muesli briefly in a pan without fat if necessary. Stir yoghurt, vanillin sugar and a little cinnamon until smooth. Serve the porridge with the yoghurt. Sprinkle with muesli and decorate with mint
