Clean, wash, halve and seed the grapes. Peel and slice the banana. Wash and quarter apples and cut out the cores. Cut apple quarters into slices. Mix lemon juice and maple syrup.
Mix the fruit and pour the marinade over it and let it stand for a while. Stir milk, cream, almond liqueur and sauce powder with the whisk of the hand mixer on highest speed for about 1 minute. Arrange the salad, a dash of sauce and some Amarettini on plates and serve decorated with mint leaves. Serve the rest of the sauce separately
