Fruit plate with vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g light and dark grapes
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 2 sour apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup or liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1 untreated lemon
  • 300 g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 5 TABLESPOONS milk or whipped cream
  • 25 Amarettini (Italian almond macaroons; approx. 20 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp and possibly mint

Directions

    Wash and pluck the grapes. Then halve and possibly seed them. Peel and slice the banana. Wash apples, quarter them and remove seeds. Cut apples into thin slices

    Mix 1 tablespoon maple syrup, lemon peel and lemon juice. Mix with the prepared fruit and let it stand for a while

    Stir yoghurt, orange juice and milk until smooth. Sweeten with 1 tablespoon maple syrup

    Serve the fruit salad and add some vanilla yoghurt on top. Crumble a few Amarettini and sprinkle over them. Decorate with the remaining biscuits and mint to taste. Add the remaining vanilla yoghurt
