Fruit plate with vanilla quark

Ingredients

  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 3-4 Tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 orange
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Maple syrup or liquid honey
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 200 g blue or green grapes
  • 1 (approx. 350 g) ripe mango
  • 2 small apples
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slices

Directions

    Mix quark, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix orange juice and maple syrup

    Peel and slice the kiwi. Wash, pluck and halve the grapes. Remove seeds if necessary. Peel mango, cut flesh into slices from the stone. Dice half of it. Mix everything with marinade

    Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut them into slices. Peel banana, cut into thick slices. Arrange everything with the vanilla quark and decorate
