Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out hearts. Whisk the egg yolk and spread the hearts with it. Place them on baking trays lined with baking paper and decorate as you like with the fruits and almonds.
Bake in the pre-heated oven (electric oven: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Results in about 50 pieces.
