Place the pineapple, cherries and peaches one after the other in a sieve and drain well. Quarter the peach halves. Mix flour and baking powder. Add sugar, vanillin sugar, salt, lemon peel, eggs and sour cream. Mix with the whisk of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Grease a fat pan of the oven (32 x 39 cm) and dust with flour.
Brush the dough smooth in it. Spread fruits evenly on the dough. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 35 minutes. Remove and let cool on a cake rack. Cut cake into pieces and arrange on a cake plate. If necessary, serve with a curl of light vanilla ice cream
