Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Spread tomato slices fan-shaped in 4 gratin dishes and season with salt and pepper. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Wash the thyme, dab dry and remove the leaves from the stalks.
Crumble the feta cheese, mix with thyme and garlic and spread over the tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 225°C/ gas: level 4) for about 10 minutes. Serve garnished with an olive. Served with fresh baguette
