Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash and clean the chilli and cut into thin rings. Mix soy sauce, honey, chilli and garlic. Season with salt, ginger and coriander.
Cut the tofu into slices and marinate in the marinade. Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash the tomatoes and, depending on their size, possibly halve them. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces.
Remove the tofu from the marinade. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu slices for approx. 4 minutes while turning. Remove the tofu and keep warm. Fry the vegetables in the frying fat for approx. 5 minutes, turning them over.
Add the rest of the marinade. Arrange on plates.
