Golden brown bean fries

Ingredients

  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 1 l oil for frying
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 150 g Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp 3 eggs (Gr. M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper

    Clean, wash and halve 500 g slicing beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Quench, drain well. Heat approx. 1 l oil for frying in a high pot to approx. 180 °C.

    In a deep plate, mix 4 tablespoons of flour and 150 g breadcrumbs. In a second deep plate whisk 3 eggs (size M) with salt and pepper. Turn the beans first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture and mix por-.

    Bake in hot oil for about 2 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Goes well with fried fish, for example.
