Fried sausages with potato salad

Ingredients

  • 150 g waxy potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Salad cream dressing (20 % fat)
  • 50 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Cucumber water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 (approx. 50 g) Gherkins
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) Bratwurst
  • 1 (approx. 50 g) small tomato
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Then quench, peel and let cool. Mix salad cream, yoghurt and cucumber water in a bowl. Add salt, pepper and

    Season with paprika. Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut gherkins into fine slices. Cook egg in boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Cool, peel and cut into slices. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Cut potatoes into fine slices and mix with the dressing. Add diced onion, chives, gherkin and egg slices. Mix all ingredients and
