Fried sausage snail with tomato vegetables from the oven

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 4 Onions
  • 400 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small pot of sage
  • 4 Fried sausage snails (approx. 200 g each)
  • 200 g black olives pickled in oil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 50 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Peel, wash and roughly dice the carrots. After about 10 minutes add to the potatoes and cook

    Onions peel and cut into slices. Wash the tomatoes. Wash sage, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stems. Put the sausage snails, tomatoes, onion slices and olives in the oil-lined pan of the oven. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 15 minutes

    Bring milk and butter to the boil. Drain the potatoes, add milk and butter and mash with a potato masher until mashed. Season to taste with salt and nutmeg. Arrange the mashed potatoes and snails
