Fried pasta with ham and EI

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 Carrots
  • 200 g Noodles (e.g. spaghetti)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g sliced boiled ham
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 4-6 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 collar Chives

Directions

    Pour boiling water over peas in a bowl, steep for 1-2 minutes and drain. Clean and trim the mushrooms. Depending on size, possibly halve them. Peel, wash and slice carrots

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the ham into strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the ham strips for 3-4 minutes while turning them until crispy. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry the carrots and mushrooms for 5-6 minutes, turning them over.

    In the meantime, mix eggs, cream and 3-4 tbsp. soy sauce. Wash the chives and cut into rings. Drain noodles, rinse briefly with cold water, add peas and ham to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes, turning over. Add egg-cream mixture, turn until everything is covered by a yellow cream. Season with soy sauce, sprinkle with chives
