Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with eggs, salt, pepper and chili. Stir in flour, baking powder, milk, wine and 3 tbsp. soy sauce. Leave to swell for 15 minutes
Mix 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce and chilli sauce. Season with salt, pepper and paprika
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 1 minute. Drain well
Heat the oil in a high pot. Mix pasta and dough. Turn on with fork and spoon in portions and fry in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Add sauce
