Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Season yoghurt with salt, garlic, cardamom and lemon juice. Cut broccoli into florets from the stalk and wash. Tear bread into small pieces.
Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Heat oil, add meat and fry for approx. 10 minutes while turning. After 3 minutes add broccoli and bread. Season with salt and pepper.
2 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add 100 ml of water and bring to the boil. Serve with yoghurt on plates.
