Drain the prawns. Wash lemon hot and grate dry, cut off 6 slices, use remaining lemon for other purposes. Wash, clean and slice the celery. Peel onion and cut into fine cubes. Heat butter, add onion, celery, shrimps and lemon slices. Sauté for about 5 minutes while turning.
Remove lemon after 2 minutes. Season prawns with salt and pepper. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut into strips. Arrange bread and shrimp pan on plates. Garnish with lemon and parsley
