Fried Chuka Soba Noodles with egg flakes and chicken filet

Ingredients

  • 200 g Japanese spun wheat noodles
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and allow to drain. Clean and wash broccoli, divide into small florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes, drain. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small cubes. Wash the chicken meat, dab dry and cut into very fine strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chicken meat in it while turning it, season with salt and pepper.

    Add the noodles and diced peppers and fry. Add broccoli florets and fry. Season with Sambal Oelek and hoisin sauce. Whisk eggs, stir in soy sauce. Pour over the noodles, stir in, fry briefly. Arrange in small bowls
