Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain on a sieve. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Break the feta cheese into small pieces. Heat the oil in a large pan. Sauté the garlic in it.
Add the feta cheese, olives and spaghetti and fry briefly. Wash the parsley and cut into fine strips. Chop thyme finely. Fold the herbs into the pasta. Serve sprinkled with walnuts and pepper
