Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and carefully remove the individual leaves. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Peel, wash and finely dice potatoes. Skip the ham in a large pan without fat, take it out.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes while turning. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Add potatoes to the frying fat and fry for 7-8 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper, add Brussels sprouts, fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Mix in the ham and meat, heat up and season with nutmeg. Arrange on plates.
