Fried banana with creamy vanilla yoghurt and roasted pistachios and honey

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 60 g Pistachio kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 4 Bananas (about 140 g each)
  • 300 g Vanilla Yoghurt

Directions

    Chop the pistachios. Roast in a pan without fat for 3-5 minutes. Add honey, stir in and bring to the boil briefly. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Fry bananas on each side for about 2 minutes.

    Arrange bananas and yoghurt on plates. Pour pistachio honey over them.
