Ingredients

  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 TEASPOON grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized chicory
  • 1/2-1 Head lettuce (e.g. oak leaf)
  • 1 small onion
  • 2-3 discs Toast
  • 7-10 Tbsp sliced parmesan

    Whip vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil. Wash the tomatoes, remove seeds if necessary, dice and stir in

    Clean and wash the chicory and salad. Cut the chicory into pieces and chop the salad. Peel and chop onion. Mix everything with the marinade and serve. Dice bread, fry in 1 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
