Ingredients

  • 2 Heads romaine lettuce
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 3 Avocados
  • 75 ml Lime juice
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 100 g unsalted peanuts

Directions

    Clean and wash the romaine lettuce, cut into strips except for a few leaves to lay out the bowl. Wash cucumbers, cut into slices. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and chop onion. Halve avocados, remove seeds. Remove the flesh from the skin and cut into small pieces.

    Sprinkle with some lime juice. Mix the rest lime juice and oil. Season with salt, Sambal Oelek and sugar. Mix prepared salad ingredients, peanuts and marinade. Pour into a bowl lined with whole salad leaves and serve
