  • 750 g Flour
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 4 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 1,5 l oil for frying
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated coconut, sugar sprinkles and hazelnut brittle

    Meanwhile cook the spaetzle in boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes. Drain. Melt butter in the pot. Swivel the spaetzle in it.
