Forest fruit ice cream on whipped chocolate cream

Ingredients

  • 50 g Milk chocolate
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Framboises
  • 4 scoops yoghurt forest fruit ice cream (à approx. 60 g)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Roughly chop the chocolate. Warm the cream, add the chocolate and melt while stirring. Pour into a tall mixing bowl and refrigerate for one hour. In the meantime, select the raspberries. Whip the chocolate cream semi-solid with the whisks of the hand mixer. Arrange chocolate cream, raspberries and a scoop of ice cream on plates. Dust with cocoa and decorate with lemon balm as desired
