Wash the chicken breast, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Wash and quarter apples, remove core. Cut the flesh into slices. Mix apple slices, sauerkraut and juniper berries. Put the roasting hose on a baking tray. Pour in sauerkraut mixture.
Place chicken breasts on top. Season with star anise and tea. Close the bag and cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 30 minutes. Cut open the top of the bag (be careful!!! hot steam!!!), remove star anise and cook for another 20 minutes. Arrange on plates and garnish with mint
