Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Stem/s flat leaf parsley
  • 3 Stem/s Basil
  • 150 g Strem salmon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Capers
  • 1/2 Organic Lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 Disc/s Baguette bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Baby salad leaves

Directions

    Wash herbs, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop. Pluck salmon. Mix with capers, herbs, lemon peel and juice. Season with salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Roast slices of bread in it while turning, take them out. Spread the salmon mixture on top. Garnish with salad leaves if desired.
