Ingredients

  • 1 small yellow and green peppers
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1 Banana
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 discs (15 g each) Kasseler as desired Leaves of parsley, basil or marjoram

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and tomatoes and cut them into thin rings or slices. Peel banana and cut into diagonal slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir crème fraîche and yoghurt until smooth and season with curry, salt and pepper.

    Arrange the prepared ingredients with slices of pork loin and the curry cream on a plate. Serve garnished with parsley, basil or marjoram.
