Ingredients

  • 35 g Rocket
  • 1 red pepper
  • 175 g Cucumber
  • 50 g Radishes
  • 4 Baguette with grains (125 g each)
  • 75 g Cream cheese (fat level, 11 % fat)
  • 100 g grilled turkey breast in thin slices

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the rocket well. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into fine strips. Clean, wash and slice the cucumber into fine strips. Wash sprouts and let them drain well in a sieve.

    Cut open the bars. Spread each half evenly with cream cheese. Cover lower halves with cucumber, paprika, turkey breast, rocket and sprouts. Place the upper halves of the rolls on top.
