Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 Cuttlefish tubes
  • 24 ready-to-cook shrimp tails
  • 2 Lemons
  • 20 Lemon leaves (Asia shop)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

    Defrost the squid tubes. Cut into rings. Rinse shrimps cold and pat dry. Wash limes thoroughly and rub dry. Cut into slices.

    Wash lemon leaves and rub dry. Peel garlic. Put some prawns, squid rings, lemon wedges and leaves on a skewer. Fry skewers in hot oil while turning for about 10 minutes. Press the garlic and season with salt and lemon pepper.
