Fish pieces with broccoli in peanut sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Himalaya Basmati rice (ready in 10 minutes)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Sambal Oelek
  • 800 g Lengfish fillet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 800 g Broccoli
  • 2-4 Tbsp Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 80-100 g Peanut butter (crunchy)

Directions

    Put rice in 1 litre of warmed salted water, bring to the boil briefly and cook for about 8 minutes until slightly bubbly. Then drain and season with Sambal Oelek. Meanwhile wash the fish, dab dry and cut into 4 pieces.

    Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in 2 pans. Fry the fish in a pan for about 8 minutes, turning carefully.

    Fry the broccoli in the second pan over high heat for about 4 minutes, season with a little salt and pepper. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil briefly and stir in peanut butter. Arrange fish and broccoli on a plate.

    Add rice.
