Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 100 g Butter
  • 125 g fluffy oats
  • 50 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 300 g firm nougat
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • baking paper

Directions

    Melt the butter and let it cool down. Mix oat flakes, flour, sugar, eggs and cooled but still liquid butter with the whisk of the mixer. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Cover two baking trays with baking paper. Place 16 teaspoonfuls of each pile on a baking tray at a distance. Press to flat circles.

    Bake in a hot oven for about 14 minutes one after the other. First cool down on the trays, then let it cool down on a cake rack.

    Dice the nougat and melt in a hot water bath. Chop the chocolate and stir into the nougat. Spread immediately on the bottom of 16 biscuits. Place the remaining biscuits with the underside on top and press down gently.
