Ingredients

  • 3 King prawns (approx. 40 g each)
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 50 g Italian white beans (canned)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1/2 green chili pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried basil
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil leaves

Directions

    Peel the shrimps, except for the tail end, and remove the black intestine. Wash the prawns and pat them dry. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Wash, clean, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Cut the flesh in half again.

    Rinse and drain the beans. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Carve the chilli lengthwise, remove seeds and chop. Heat the oil. Fry garlic, chilli and prawns for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and lemon juice. Add spring onions and tomatoes. Season with dried basil. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil. Heat the beans in it.
