Fine salad with nut vinaigrette

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small green peppers
  • 1 Shallot or
  • 7-10 Tbsp small onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper, sugar
  • 2 stem(s) fresh basil
  • 3-4 Tbsp Vinegar (e.g. wine vinegar)
  • 1 small head of oak leaf salad
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rucola or lamb's lettuce
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes or small tomatoes

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers. If necessary, peel the skin with a peeler. Cut the paprika into wide strips. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Steam both in 1 tbsp. hot oil at low heat for about 5 minutes. Season. Then let it cool down

    Wash and chop the basil, except for one thing. Mix with vinegar, salt, pepper, some sugar and 3 tablespoons of walnut oil. Clean and wash salads and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash and chop the tomatoes

    Arrange salads, peppers, shallot and tomatoes. Drizzle vinaigrette over it. Slice the parmesan and sprinkle over it. Garnish with the rest of the basil
