Shrimp and herb salad with wholemeal noodles and yoghurt dip

Ingredients

  • 75 g Wholemeal noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 3 stalks of chives
  • 100 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Herb Vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 50 g North Sea crab meat

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the noodles and rinse them. Wash herbs, shake dry and chop coarsely. Stir yoghurt until smooth and season with salt and pepper.

    Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon of water and oil, add noodles, herbs and crabs. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the dip.
