Ingredients

  • 1 Stange leek (Lauch;
  • 7-10 Tbsp approx. 350 g) salt, white pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp some sugar, 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 Federation Radishes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 350 g mixed mince
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Clear film
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean the leek and wash it thoroughly. Cook in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain

    Mix vinegar, 1-2 tablespoons water, salt, pepper and sugar. Beat 2-3 tablespoons of oil vigorously into the mixture. Clean and wash the radishes and cut into thin slices. Mix with the salad dressing

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Knead both with minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs. Seasoning

    Loosen the leek leaves from each other. Place on foil to form a rectangle (approx. 18 x 30 cm). Spread the mince on top. Roll up firmly from the long side. Cut into 16 slices (approx. 2 cm thick). Possibly put on wooden skewers

    Fry the rolls in 2 tablespoons of hot oil on each side for about 3 minutes. Arrange everything. Serve with a yoghurt sauce

    The minced leek skewers are easy to prepare, because they taste hot and cold
