Preheat oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll out the dough. Spread 4 sheets of dough with pesto one after the other and lay them on top of each other.
Cover with 1 pastry sheet and press down lightly. Cut lengthwise into approx. 2 cm wide strips and spread on the baking tray. Bake in a hot oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Spread, layer, cut and bake the rest of the dough sheets in the same way.
