Fillet steak with orange-pepper-hollandaise sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 untreated orange
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1 Bag "Preparation for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Hollandaise sauce
  • 60 g + 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 TABLESPOON green pepper (a. d. glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 4 (150 g each) Beef fillet steaks
  • 1 g can of princess beans
  • 8 discs Smoked bacon

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Wash the orange and rub dry. Grate the skin, squeeze the juice

    Warm the milk and cream. Stir in sauce powder, bring to the boil. Melt 60 g butter while stirring. Add orange juice, 1/2 teaspoon peel and green pepper, season to taste

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry onion and mushrooms until golden brown. Season, take out, keep warm. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Dab steaks dry and fry them on each side. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, season

    Heat the beans in the stock. Drain and wrap in 8 bundles with 1 slice of bacon each. Fry all around in 1 tbsp. hot butter. Serve with steaks, orange-pepper sauce and mushrooms. Served with: Almond balls from the oven

    Drink: dry red wine
