Pickled salmon with honey-mustard sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 40 ml Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground aniseed
  • 200 g pickled salmon in one piece
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill and lemon slices

Directions

    Wash the dill, dab dry and chop. Mix mustard, honey and vinegar. Stir in oil. Add dill.

    Season with salt, pepper and aniseed. Cut salmon into pieces and arrange with the sauce on two plates. Garnish with dill and lemon slices. Serve with baguette
