Wash the meat and pat dry. Cut into cubes and put on skewers
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Mix with oil, curry and chilli powder. Brush the meat skewers with it and let them stand for about 30 minutes
Coarsely chop the peanuts. Wash the mint and cut into fine strips except for a stalk. Stir both into the yoghurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fry the meat skewers in a large coated pan without fat for about 8 minutes. Season with salt. Serve with yoghurt sauce and garnish with mint. Roast potatoes go well with it
