Prepare rice in salt water according to package instructions. In the meantime peel and wash the carrots and cut them into small pieces. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook prepared vegetables for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, drain. Wash the fillet, dab dry, cut into cubes of about 2 cm. Wash the herbs, remove the leaves.
Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meat all around. Add vegetables, fry for 2 minutes more. Season with salt, pepper and herbs. Add stock, bring to the boil briefly, season again. Arrange rice, filet and vegetables garnished with fresh herbs
