Filled Schnitzel rolls

Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 8 Pork cutlet (approx. 100 g each)
  • 1 collar Basil
  • 50-75 g Parmesan cheese
  • 8 discs Parma ham (about 10 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and tap flat with a heavy saucepan. Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Finely slice the parmesan with a peeler. Cover the cutlets with basil, Parmesan and Parma ham.

    Roll up firmly and cut into 1-2 cm thick slices. Put 3 rolls on each skewer. Season with salt and pepper. Grill for 8-10 minutes on a hot grill while turning.
