Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 100 g Butter
  • 125 g fluffy oats
  • 50 g Flour
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 300 g firm nut nougat
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • baking paper

Directions

    Melt the butter and let it cool down. Mix oat flakes, flour, sugar, eggs and butter in a mixing bowl with the whisks of the hand mixer. Dough approx. 3

    Place 16 heaps the size of a teaspoon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and press flat to form circles. Leave enough space between the dough circles. Spread the rest of the dough on another baking tray (32 biscuits in total). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) one after the other for about 14 minutes. Cool down on the baking trays and let them cool down on a cake rack

    Melt the nougat over a warm water bath. Finely chop the chocolate and stir it briefly into the nougat. Spread the nougat mixture on the undersides of 16 biscuits, place the remaining biscuits on top and press down gently. Leave to dry
