Soak rolls in cold water. Peel onion. Put minced onion in a bowl. Rub onion over it. Squeeze the roll, add it with the eggs to the minced meat and knead. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
Finely chop the gherkin. Dice the bacon into small cubes, drain in a hot pan and add to the gherkins. Drain the dried tomatoes. Finely chop and mix olives and dried tomatoes.
Wash, clean and chop the peppers. Cut feta cheese into small cubes. Mix cheese and paprika. Form 25 small balls out of the minced mass and put one of the three fillings in the middle of each ball.
Heat oil in a pan, fry meatballs all around at low heat for about 10 minutes. Pour barbecue sauce into a bowl. Arrange meatballs and barbecue sauce on a plate, garnish with olives and herbs.
