Filled Kasseler rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 glass (370 ml) Celery salad
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Walnut kernels
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 1 small onion
  • 75 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons (50 g) Salad cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 medium-sized apple
  • 8 discs (approx. 160 g) Kasseler cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp green salad to garnish

Directions

    Drain celery salad well in a sieve. Chop the walnuts. Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Peel and finely chop the onion

    Mix yoghurt, salad cream, onion, half chives and half walnuts. Season with salt, pepper and sugar

    Peel, quarter and core the apple and grate it into the yoghurt sauce. Fold in celery. Spread the Waldorf salad on the slices of pork, roll up

    Clean, wash and drain the green salad. Arrange the smoked pork rolls and garnish with the salad. Sprinkle with the remaining walnuts and chives

    So they don't fall apart: Roll up the cured pork slices as tightly as possible and place them on the "seam
