Wash the apples and remove the core with an apple corer. Drizzle apples with lemon juice and put them in an ovenproof dish. Mix almonds, raisins and honey and fill into the apples.
Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Arrange the baked apples with the ice cream on plates. Decorate with lemon balm.
