  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1/2 Honey, Charentais and watermelon
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Amaretto (Italian almond liqueur)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone (Italian cream cheese preparation)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar and cocoa powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp dustable
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and Amaretti
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

    Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Halve melons, remove seeds and cut into pieces, or cut off balls with a ball cutter. Soak fruits with liqueur and

    Separate eggs. Cream egg yolk and icing sugar and add mascarpone. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Spread the mascarpone mixture over the fruits and dust with icing sugar and cocoa. Decorate with mint leaves and amaretti.
