Ingredients

  • 600 g Pork tenderloin
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bunch/pot of basil
  • 3-4 Tbsp Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper

Directions

    Wash the fillet, dab dry and cut into 1 1/2-2 cm thick slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Briefly fry the meat on each side in portions. Season with salt and pepper and remove

    Wash the tomatoes and cut into thick slices. Cut mozzarella into slices as well. Wash and pluck basil

    Grease a flat casserole or pie dish (approx. 24 cm Ø). Layer the meat, tomatoes and mozzarella like roof tiles, placing 3/4 basil between the slices. Sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp. oil and season. Cook in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 250 °C/circulating air: 225 °C/gas: level 5) for 10-15 minutes. Garnish with the rest of the basil. Served with: Ciabatta
