Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 600 g small mushrooms
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Pepperoni (e.g. red)
  • 1 baby onion
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g finished gyros meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 100 g Sheep or feta cheese

Directions

    Clean and wash the mushrooms, peppers and peppers. Cut the peppers into strips and the pepperoni into rings. Peel and quarter the onion and cut it into strips

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the gyros meat for about 5 minutes while turning. Take it out. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the frying fat. Fry the mushrooms in it while turning them. Add onion and paprika and fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Add meat again, heat and season to taste. Grate or crumble cheese over it. Sprinkle with chives and pepperoni. Rice tastes good with it
