Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 discs deep-frozen puff pastry (à 12 x 12 cm; 45 g)
  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 150 g Mountain cheese
  • 100 g Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 1 Egg yolk (size M)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 70 g Vegetable corn (canned)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Place the puff pastry side by side on the work surface and allow to defrost. Clean the broccoli, cut into florets from the stalk and blanch in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Coarsely grate the cheese. Cut turkey cold cuts into strips

    Whisk the egg yolk and milk together. Whip the puff pastry corners to the middle. Spread thinly with egg yolk. Spread tomatoes, corn and broccoli on the pizzas. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for about 10 minutes
